Memorial for 'Jasmine' McCord
Beloved dog of Kathryn McCord
5/18/2000 - 10/6/2011
Jasmine was such a special rescue dog; her love of life and joy for overcoming obstacles made us fall in love with her. Her pure heart and tough fight with malignant canine mammary cancer brought out the best in our family. We shared in her triumphs which she healed from so quickly because she was such a fighter as she had so much to live for! She loved to play with her Maltese sister, Sasha and she loved to snuggle with her owners. Jasmine loved peace and quiet and she loved to sit out on our deck and look out on her backyard for rabbits and birds. She also loved to look out the front windows and watch people walking past on the sidewalk. She was interested in her surroundings and was sharp and strong despite having gone through many surgeries and treatments. We never saw her weak or slow until the last few days when the end came all too soon. We will always love you, Jasmine!
Memorial for 'Katina' Sosin
Beloved cat of Kim Sosin
4/14/1996 - 8/10/2011
Katina (aka Tina) selected me to be her owner 15 years ago. Twice I visited the Russian Blue Cattery and both times she's the little baby kitty who waddled right up to me. I later learned that she did indeed pick me because she hid when anyone else visited. She is the most intelligent cat I've ever been around. She had me trained in no time, and she also had Nikolai (Niki), her older half-brother, shaped up just as quickly. She was devoted to us and loved to cuddle with Niki. As far as I know, sweet Katina got everything she ever wanted or needed at my house. Nikolai and I both loved her so much and miss her terribly.
