Veterinary Technicians
Christina, Clinic Supervisor, graduated from Vatterott College with her degree in Veterinary Technology. She started at Rockbrook Animal Clinic in 2004. Chris spends her free time with her husband, Rick, attending softball games, soccer games and cross country meets to support their daughter, Kim and son, Ryan. Chris has two cats and two dogs.
Jake began working at the clinic in June of 2011. He graduated from Vatterott College in 2010 with his degree in Veterinary Technology. As well as being a musician, Jake and his wife have become master wood floor refinishers!
Jennifer worked for the Midlands Humane Society while attending Iowa Western Community College. Since earning her Veterinary Technology degree she has adopted 2 cats. She and her wife, who she met at band camp, stay creative by designing and creating for COSPLAY events and travelling throughout the world.
Jessica is a graduate of Omaha College of Health Careers in Veterinary Technology. She is a full time veterinary technician and has been working at Rockbrook Animal Clinic since 1999. She specializes in mentoring our student employees. Jessie enjoys spending time with her two children and her dogs.
Natasha earned her degree in Veterinary Technology from IWCC in 2024. Her life is as colorful as her hair, full of kids and pets!
Amber is a Veterinary Technology Intern. She especially likes participating in RAC school visits and bringing along her pet mini chicken!
Our Support Staff
Cindy , Senior Receptionist, like Dr. Ramm, is an alumni of Nebraska Humane Society. She and her husband James spend their free time with their five children, six grandchildren and three dogs.
Tiffany , Team Leader began working at the clinic in 2015 and in addition to her duties as a receptionist, handles the training of new employees and the clinic social media. She lives in Omaha with her husband and two cats, Louie and Livie and two german shorthaired pointers named Lucie & Hank. She enjoys crafting, fishing with her husband, Scott and spending time with family.
Cheri, Administration, officially joined the clinic in 2020, but has been on the team since Dr. Ramm started Vet School three weeks after their wedding in 1986. The human side of the practice takes up most of her time, but she also loves to read, anything Star Trek and her grandchildren.
Margaret rounds out the reception team. Retired from working fulltime, she is still the OG of the frontline when she isn't gardening, traveling or taking care of her menagerie.
Our Veterinary Assistants and CSRs
They are the first contact many of you have when your pet needs care. They always do their best to hear your concerns and connect you with the necessary treatment.
Katie began working at the clinic during high school and returned after her graduation from UNL. In addition to her reception duties, she works as a veterinary assistant and and assists in the office. Katie is an avid fisherman, loves traveling, has a green thumb and has a demanding cat named Kip and Phoebe, a fashion influencing dog, running her nonworking hours.
Julia is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, SC. She utilizes her biology degree as a fulltime assistant and considers client communication her super power. Julia spends her free time volunteering at the Omaha Street Dog Coalition and walking her cats.
Aidan, is a Certified Veterinary Assistant. He's days at the clinic are divided between treatment, surgery and helping out at the reception desk.
Erica is our energizer bunny! A graduate of University of Nebraska at Omaha, she takes multitasking to the next level.
Many of our VAs and CSRs are pursuing an education in veterinary medicine, human medicine and zoology. We are proud of the way they balance their studies and schedules at RAC. These ambitious students include Naomi, Aidan, Natalia, Logon and Cassandra.
